Pament is due upon completion of your vehicle.
We will call you when your vehicle is complete and ready to be picked up. Unless other arrangements have been made prior to servicing you must pick up your vehicle within 48-hours. All vehicles left over the 48-hour period will incur a $20 per day storage fee.
Your vehicle will not be released until the entire balance is satisfied in full to include any and all charges.
If your personal check is returned to us for insufficient funds you will be charged $40.00 to cover the charges we incur from our bank. Sorry, no exceptions.
We are sorry but we NO LONGER offer in-house financing on any repairs effective 11-01-13.
If you are currently paying on any repairs they must be satisfied before any further work can be done on your vehicle.
NEED A LIFT?
We will be happy to shuttle you to your destination within a 5-mile radius of our shop. Please make sure you let us know you require this courtesy PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE DROP-OFF date. This will ensure that someone is here to transport you and keep you from waiting.
RELEASING YOUR VEHICLE TO ANOTHER PERSON
If you are not the person that will be picking up your vehicle please let us know ahead of time. We CANNOT release your vehicle to any person without notification from you!

Please know that we work hard to stay on a schedule and try to get your repairs and/or servicing done expeditiously. However, there are circumstances that occur that make us run behinda times (i.e., delay in getting parts, other complications on your job, etc.) that require us to take more time. We'd rather take CARE when servicing your vehicle and do our best the first time!

NIGHT DROP BOX
For your convenience we have a night time drop box located on the outside wall on the left side of our front door. Please make sure when you leave your vehicle that you have your NAME, CAR MODEL, AND LICENSE TAG NUMBER on the envelope to make it easy to identify.
